Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the UX approach across the product, establishing best practices, toolkits, and accessibility-first design methods.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews to inform design decisions.
  • Translate complex accessibility requirements into intuitive, beautiful user flows.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs that balance accessibility, usability, and visual appeal.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation and maintain design quality.
  • Drive design system development, ensuring it’s scalable and accessibility-compliant.
  • Act as an internal advocate for inclusive design principles across the company.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in UX/UI or Product Design, ideally in SaaS or tech products.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design work
  • Experience applying accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) in real-world design.
  • Proficiency in Figma
  • Experience conducting and applying user research insights.
  • Ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or working with developer-focused products.
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies and screen reader behaviour.
  • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries at scale.
